What exactly is DolfynAI?
A selective, cohort-based proving ground where capable people build real, production-grade AI systems end to end — research, architecture, shipping, and real feedback. It runs in partnership with colleges.
Who is it for?
People who already have programming fundamentals and some AI familiarity, who want real production experience rather than another certificate.
Do I need to be an AI expert already?
No. You need solid coding fundamentals and basic AI familiarity. We take you from there to shipping real systems.
How is this different from a bootcamp or online course?
You don't watch videos and build a toy capstone. You're selected into a small cohort and build a real, end-to-end AI system for real users, with industry mentors and real feedback. There's no curriculum, because real work doesn't have one.
Wait — there's really no curriculum?
That's right. Instead of a fixed syllabus or set sequence of modules, you take on a genuine problem and build your way to a delivered solution — making the same decisions a working engineering team makes.
What roles does this prepare me for?
Specifically Forward Deployed Engineer and AI Data Engineer — two of the highest-demand, hardest-to-fill AI roles.

Not directly yet — students join through partner colleges. But tell us about your college and we'll get in touch with them, and notify you when a cohort opens near you.
How selective is it?
Very. We keep cohorts small and run a rigorous evaluation, because the quality of your cohort and your readiness depend on it.
