These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website dolfynai.com and the programs and services offered under the brand Dolfyn AI, operated by Quantum Operated AI Service Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (GSTIN: 29AABCQ2844E1ZH) ("Dolfyn AI", "we", "us", "our").

By registering for a workshop, applying to a fellowship, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Services

Dolfyn AI provides applied-AI education and career programs, including:

• Campus Workshops — short, paid, in-person workshops (typically 2 days) covering applied AI, career readiness and live product building;
• The Forward Deployed AI Fellowship — a selective, cohort-based, approximately 12-month intern-to-hire program in which fellows build, mature and commercialise real AI products in stages, with paid internship stipends and stage certificates as separately communicated for each cohort;
• University partnership programs delivered on campus with participating institutions.

The specific structure, duration, stipend, certification and outcomes of any program are as described in the offer, brochure or agreement applicable to that program or cohort. Program content and schedules may be reasonably updated to keep them current.

2. Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to register. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. Admission to selective programs (including the Fellowship) is at Dolfyn AI's discretion, based on the evaluation criteria communicated for that program.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for paid programs are displayed at the time of registration and are processed through our payment partner (currently Razorpay). All fees are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice is issued for every payment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Participant Conduct

You agree to: attend and participate honestly and respectfully; not disrupt sessions, harass other participants or staff; not misuse tools, accounts, API keys or infrastructure provided for program use; and not use program resources for any unlawful purpose. We may remove a participant who materially breaches these Terms, with any refund governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Program Outcomes — No Guarantee

Our programs are designed to build real, demonstrable capability, and we describe typical outcomes (such as placement support, certificates, or the opportunity to build a venture) in good faith. However, Dolfyn AI does not guarantee employment, any specific salary, investment, funding, or business outcome. Offers of employment, stipends, equity or investment, where they arise, are subject to separate written agreements.

6. Intellectual Property

Program materials, curricula, decks, templates and the Dolfyn AI brand remain the property of Quantum Operated AI Service Private Limited or its licensors. Participants receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own learning. Ownership of products, code and ventures built during a program (including during the Fellowship) is governed by the specific program or venture agreement signed for that cohort; in the absence of such an agreement, work products created jointly in a program may be used by both the participant and Dolfyn AI for portfolio, educational and demonstration purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our programs make extensive use of AI tools. AI-generated output can contain errors; participants are responsible for reviewing and validating work they build or submit. Dolfyn AI is not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated output.

8. Photography and Publicity

Workshops and program events may be photographed or recorded. By participating, you consent to reasonable use of event photos and recordings for Dolfyn AI's educational and promotional purposes. You may opt out by writing to us before the event.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dolfyn AI's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any program or these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Dolfyn AI in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Dolfyn AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a program for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that endangers other participants. You may withdraw from a program at any time; refunds, if any, are governed by the Refund Policy and the applicable program agreement.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing that, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, in English. Courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters not subject to arbitration.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and material changes will be notified on our website or by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
